I believe fitness should feel like a party, not punishment. Hum gym nahi, fat ka dhandha chalate hain (We don't run a gym, we run a business of fat). My dance classes are all about shaking off stress, finding joy, and building confidence. You’ll sweat, laugh, and maybe mess up a step or two - but that’s half the fun.

- Regular batches: Kathak, Hip-Hop, Classical, and Weekend dance batch. Build skills, get fit, and groove to Bollywood hits.
- Special workshops: Bollywood dance workshop, Bhangra fitness session, Garba/Dandiya, Belly Dance, Salsa, and wild fusion styles like Tapori Tollywood (Bollywood ka dhamal plus South ka tadka).
- Guest instructors like Parul Sharma (Kathak), Dennis from MJ5 (Hip-Hop), Shefali Narang (Belly Dance) bring their own swag.

Hey, I’m Malvika and Cut The Fat is my madhouse. Picture this: a party where you sweat, laugh, and sometimes end up as a kid’s art project (true story, my chipmunks love doodling on me). I’m all about movement that heals—not just the body but the heavy bits in your head and heart too. Drama? That’s me. Peace? Yoga. Balanced disaster? For sure. Just come as you are, and let’s dance it out.
