Facility & Amenities
- Flooring: Laminate wooden flooring (flat sole shoes recommended).
- Cooling: Split ACs and wall fans.
- Props: Use of shared studio equipment (dumbbells, mats) included.
- Basics: Access to changing area and restroom.

- Frequency: Capped at 3 days per week (Total 12 sessions/month).
- Scheduling: Fixed slot preference (Morning or Evening) with limited flexibility.

Hum gym nahi, fat ka dhandha chalate hain (We don't run a gym, we run a business of fat). For me, fitness is all about having fun, not punishment. I want you to feel like you’re at a party, not a bootcamp.

No silent, intimidating gyms here. My studio is full of energy, music, and laughter. We’re a proper FitFam - everyone cheers for each other, no matter if you’re new or already a pro. No one judges, bas energy chahiye (just bring your energy).

Hey, I’m Malvika and Cut The Fat is my madhouse. Picture this: a party where you sweat, laugh, and sometimes end up as a kid’s art project (true story, my chipmunks love doodling on me). I’m all about movement that heals—not just the body but the heavy bits in your head and heart too. Drama? That’s me. Peace? Yoga. Balanced disaster? For sure.
