- Combat Zones: Access to a locally fabricated Octagon for cage-control drills and a dedicated ring.
- Equipment: Heavy hanging bags (vinyl/leather mix), teardrop bags, and functional fitness tools (pull-up bars, agility ladders).
- Flooring: Standard density EVA interlocking puzzle mats.
Environment & Sparring
- The Grind: Training conducted in a non-air-conditioned environment with industrial fans to build endurance.
- Sparring: Controlled technical sparring (light contact) included for intermediate level students.
- Coach Access: Supervision by Abdul Muneer or senior fight team members in a group setting.

Fighter & Coach
I go by 'The Cut Man' inside the cage. I’ve fought for India on the world stage, now I train others to get there too. For me, fear is just fuel - discipline is everything. I learned that from my own ashan (master), and I keep it real with my students. If you want to perform, you need a coach who’ll tell you the truth, even if it stings.
My Approach: One Team, One Goal
At my gym, respect and loyalty matter. Nammude team, oru goal (Our team, one goal). I treat every student like a teammate. Whether you’re new or chasing a belt, we push together.

I build well-rounded fighters. Sessions mix up:
- MMA training for beginners and pros
- Boxing, kickboxing, solid pad work and bag drills
- Grappling and ground game skills (BJJ, wrestling, takedowns, submissions)
- Elements from Indian martial arts integration like Kalaripayattu and Silambam for footwork and movement

BFC Bodyforce Fight Club isn’t fancy. It has mats, a ring, an octagon cage, and loads of bags and gear. This is where hard work and sweat build champions.

My Story
We’re BFC Bodyforce, but most folks know me as The Cut Man. Started out as a scrappy 10-year-old in Kerala, now running this gym where I train my own kids alongside everyone else. Passing on MMA, Kalaripayattu, Silambam – not just for medals, but to remember roots. I call out what’s wrong, always. Ithu ente kadama aanu (this is my duty). Here, fighting for what matters isn’t just in the ring, it’s everywhere.

Women's Real Self Defense - No fake moves here. Our women's real self-defense classes teach real skills to fight back, for real situations.
