Ground Game: Grappling & BJJ

Control is everything in a fight. Learn to dominate from the ground up with takedowns, submissions, and defensive positions in our authentic fight environment.

Do not trust everything you see on social media. I am demonstrating how fake self-defense techniques fail in real life, and then showing the correct grappling response.

A clip from a grappling workshop I conducted for AIMMAF. Here we are drilling escapes and transitions on the ground.

An MMA workshop in action. I am demonstrating a takedown and explaining the principles of control to a group of students.

This is a demonstration of a takedown from the clinch. Controlling your opponent's body is key before you can take them to the ground.

A proud moment for our team. My brother and student Rufaid being promoted to BJJ Purple Belt. This is a significant achievement earned through years of dedication.

About this collection

I don't teach theory from a screen. In our BJJ and grappling sessions, you will learn exactly how to control an opponent’s body weight and execute a takedown, because that is what happens when you are actually in the cage. It is sweaty, it is technical, and it is how you build real leverage rather than just guessing. This is not for those who want to play; it is for those who want to fight.

People see moves on social media and think they can replicate them. Real grappling is not about flashy YouTube flips. At BFC Bodyforce, we strip it back to the basics: control, balance, and patience.

Whether you are training for competition or just want to understand the physics of a fight, our ground game drills focus on:

  • Takedown Defense & Offense: Learning when to shoot and how to stop someone from taking you down.
  • Positional Control: Understanding how to use your hips and weight to neutralize a bigger, stronger opponent.
  • Submission Logic: BJJ is not just about the finish; it is about the path to it. We drill transitions so you are never stuck in a dead position.

Training happens in a dedicated fight facility with mats, not a fitness studio. We keep the intensity high because when you are fighting for position in the cage, fatigue is your biggest opponent. I train my own kids and my pro fight team using these same methods, and we do not cut corners. If you are serious about becoming a complete fighter, come down to the gym and put in the work.
