I do not believe in cardio-boxing trends. In my gym, we teach stand-up striking to build power, precision, and fight IQ. Whether you are aiming for the cage or just want to master your form, you train under the same intensity I used to fight for India.

Sharpening the tools. Pad work is where we drill combinations, timing, and power. Every strike must have a purpose.

The point of impact. A student delivering a powerful kick during a pad work session, focusing on correct form and execution.

Step by step, we build a fighter. A student practicing a knee strike on the pads, a crucial weapon in Muay Thai and MMA.

Holding pads is an art. I feel my student's rhythm, power, and technique, correcting them with every combination they throw.

A coach is a mentor and a guide. This video shows the core of my coaching philosophy, instilling discipline and technique through focused boxing drills.
