Real Boxing and Kickboxing Training
I do not believe in cardio-boxing trends. In my gym, we teach stand-up striking to build power, precision, and fight IQ. Whether you are aiming for the cage or just want to master your form, you train under the same intensity I used to fight for India.
Sharpening the tools. Pad work is where we drill combinations, timing, and power. Every strike must have a purpose.
The point of impact. A student delivering a powerful kick during a pad work session, focusing on correct form and execution.
Step by step, we build a fighter. A student practicing a knee strike on the pads, a crucial weapon in Muay Thai and MMA.
Holding pads is an art. I feel my student's rhythm, power, and technique, correcting them with every combination they throw.
A coach is a mentor and a guide. This video shows the core of my coaching philosophy, instilling discipline and technique through focused boxing drills.
Fast hands and sharp reflexes. A simple boxing drill to improve a student's speed and accuracy in the pocket.
I train my female students with the same intensity and expectation. Here, a student works on her kickboxing combinations, building power and confidence.
About this collection
I do not care if you have never thrown a punch before, as long as you are ready to learn the right mechanics. My pad work sessions are not about mindless hitting. We isolate every movement, from your stance to your hip rotation, to ensure you actually understand how to generate power and protect yourself.
Fights are not won by looking pretty; they are won by mastering the basics. When you step onto the mats at BFC Bodyforce in Horamavu or join my sessions at Yoh Fitness in Richards Town, do not expect a standard gym class. This is where we break down the fundamentals.
The Mechanics of Striking
We focus on the details that most commercial gyms ignore. You will learn to manage distance, control your breathing, and throw combinations with intent. My training integrates:
- Pad Work: This is where we correct your form. I will push you to fix micro-errors in your footwork and striking angles.
- Bag Drills: We use heavy bags to build bone density and striking power, not just for sweat.
- Live Sparring: For intermediate students, we conduct controlled, technical sparring. It is the only way to test what you have learned under pressure.
Why We Train This Way
You might notice we do not blast the air conditioning. We train with industrial fans to simulate the heat and fatigue of a real fight. You need to learn how to keep your hands up and your mind sharp even when your lungs are burning. If you are looking for a place to play-fight, this is not it. If you want to build a weapon, you have come to the right place.
My team is one unit. From beginners learning to move to fighters prepping for national circuits, everyone here puts in the work.
Abdul Muneer
I am Abdul Muneer, but you will know me as The Cut Man. I have spent my life in the ring, fighting for India, and now I bring that same heat to my gym in Horamavu and Richards Town. I am not here to hold your hand; I am here to build you into a fighter.
