- Professional Boxing Ring for ring-craft drills.
- Extensive puzzle-mat flooring for grappling and takedowns.
- Striking station with hanging, teardrop, and body-shaped heavy bags.
Conditioning Zone
- Functional fitness setup with free weights, agility ladders, and tractor tires.
- Warehouse-style natural ventilation (fan-based, no AC).
1-on-1 Personal Fight Training
Personalized Combat
- 12 dedicated sessions per pack.
- 1-on-1 focus mitts and Thai pad work with the coach.
- Immediate correction of form, footwork, and striking mechanics.

What Our MMA Training Covers
Mixed Martial Arts at Bodyforce Fight Club is all about mixing it up. I train you in the best combat styles, whether you want to fight in the ring, learn self-defense for beginners, or just get strong.
- Boxing: From footwork to live sparring, you’ll punch, move, and sweat in our boxing ring.
- Muay Thai kickboxing classes: You’ll pick up real skills - kicks, knees, elbows, everything.
- Wrestling: Learn takedowns, clinching, and controlling the fight.
- BJJ grappling techniques: Mat work, submissions, and ground control are all in the mix.
How We Train
We welcome everyone - pro fighters, newbies, kids, and women. Separate batches keep it fair, and our National Team Coach Abdul Muneer makes sure every session is solid. Combat conditioning workouts are tough, but worth it - you’ll feel the difference.

My Story
Name’s not the thing, Bodyforce Fight Club is. For us, this is family, not just a gym. I’m a fighter, a coach, Kannadiga-Mallu, stubborn as they come. People said ‘do this, not that’, but my coach taught me - let them bark, you walk. I’ve seen bullied kids turn into warriors, women find their fire. Here, we make champions, in and out of the ring. This is our meditation.
