About The Grind: Conditioning & Discipline
We do not train in air-conditioned rooms. Our gym uses industrial fans because the cage doesn't have AC, and you need to be prepared for the heat and fatigue of a real fight. This conditioning is designed to build your engine, focusing on endurance and physical stress, whether you are prepping for the ring or just pushing your own boundaries.
Real conditioning is simple, not complicated. At BFC Bodyforce, we strip away the fluff. You won't find treadmills with touchscreens here. You will find heavy bags, skipping ropes, and space to move. My training philosophy is built on what I learned from my ashan and what I have lived through in the octagon.
It is about being able to breathe when you are exhausted. We focus on high-intensity pad work, long-distance road work, and drills that challenge your balance and explosive power. Whether you are prepping for competition or just want the conditioning of an athlete, you train alongside my fight team. We aren't just teaching you to lift weights; we are teaching you to manage your breath, fix your form, and push past the wall. If you want to train here, be ready to work.
