About Youth Martial Arts (Kids & Teens)
Why I Coach
Martial arts for me is not just fighting - it’s giving kids tools for life. I started early, learned from my own ashan (master), and now I want to be that guide for others. My aim is to build discipline and respect from the ground up.
What We Teach
- Kids and teens learn the basics of MMA, kickboxing, and boxing.
- We go deep into technique - stance, footwork, punches, and kicks.
- Pad work and combos happen one-on-one with me or my coaches. It’s hands-on, no shortcuts.
- Safety is the rule, not the exception. I won’t let kids mess around with dangerous stuff.
My Philosophy
I always say, “Bhaya fuel hai, par asli hathyar toh discipline hai” (Fear is fuel, but discipline is the real weapon). I want kids to not just be tough, but also kind and focused. We teach by example, hoping they imitate the right things.
Mind & Body Training
We mix agility drills, skipping, push-ups, and stretching, so kids get strong and stay injury-free. Medicine balls and suspension trainers for power. Fitness is always in the mix, not just the fighting part.
Our Space
My gym is family first. I train my own son and daughter alongside others. The vibe is supportive, safe, and real. Parents trust us. Kids leave feeling confident and resilient, not just sweaty.

My Story
We’re BFC Bodyforce, but most folks know me as The Cut Man. Started out as a scrappy 10-year-old in Kerala, now running this gym where I train my own kids alongside everyone else. Passing on MMA, Kalaripayattu, Silambam – not just for medals, but to remember roots. I call out what’s wrong, always. Ithu ente kadama aanu (this is my duty). Here, fighting for what matters isn’t just in the ring, it’s everywhere.
My Work
Martial Arts & Fitness Training - We teach MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, BJJ, Wrestling, Kalaripayattu training Kerala, Silambam martial arts, and self-defense for all ages.
Coaching Philosophy - We move right, not just fast. Every student’s growth is our pride. Teamwork over ego, always.
Kids Training - MMA coaching for kids starts early, but they choose their path. We focus on discipline, trust, and attitude.
Women's Real Self Defense - No fake moves here. Our women's real self-defense classes teach real skills to fight back, for real situations.
