Monthly All-Access Membership
Schedule & Access
- Unlimited Classes: Entry to all morning (6 AM - 10 AM) and evening (5 PM - 9 PM) batches.
- Disciplines: Includes Muay Thai striking, Kickboxing, BJJ grappling (Gi/No-Gi), and Wrestling.
- Cage Access: Training access to the on-site Octagon for wall-work drills.
- Conditioning: Participation in HIIT, tire flips, and battle rope sessions.
Facility & Gear
- Equipment: Shared use of heavy bags, Thai pads, and kick shields.

Why I Do This
Fighting is more than what happens inside a ring. For me, it's about building mental toughness to handle anything life throws at you. Here, it's not just about learning punches and kicks, but about finding your grit and pushing beyond limits. You get knocked down, you get up - that's what makes you stronger.
What You’ll Learn
We teach you how to move, defend, and attack using a mix of martial arts and modern fitness. Our classes cover:
- Boxing and Muay Thai basics, pad work, and heavy bag drills to sharpen your striking.
- Jiu-jitsu grappling techniques—mount escapes, armlocks, chokes, and solid defense.
- MMA integration for real fight scenarios, including proper stance, movement, and takedowns inside our octagon.
- HIIT workouts and body conditioning to boost your endurance and shred fat.

My Story
We’re Fight Capital India, not just a gym, more like a wild family. Been at it 5 years. You walk in for a workout, but end up fighting your own battles—inside and outside the ring.
