This is where the talk stops and the work begins. These photos capture the journey of my students from their first day of training to standing on the podium with national and international championship belts.

Every fight is a lesson. This is the journey to a championship belt, from the warm-up backstage to the final victory in the cage.

Fear is the fuel, discipline is the weapon. One of my students holding his well-earned championship belt. This is what we work for.

The peace that comes after the battle is won. A champion resting with his title belt after a hard-fought victory.

This is Shebin "The Brawler" K Ibrahim, a 5-time National Champion and Asian Bronze Medalist. I am proud to be his coach.

The taste of victory after countless hours of training. Shebin K Ibrahim with his medal, a testament to his champion mindset.

Introducing our international athlete, Aayush Dipu, with his gold medal. We develop talent to compete and win on the global stage.

A portrait of a fighter. Aayush Dipu, one of our promising international athletes, ready for the next challenge.

About this collection

The championship belts you see here are not gifts. They are the result of the daily grind—the 6 AM conditioning, the wall-wrestling in the Bangalore heat, and the brutal reality of technical sparring. I do not run a hobby gym. Every session is designed to test your physical limits because the octagon is a place where there is no hiding, only performance.

Success in the ring is never an accident. It is built through a systematic approach to fighting that combines modern MMA tactics with the discipline of traditional roots. At BFC Bodyforce, we do not just focus on fitness; we build fighters.

The Method

Our fight team training relies on a few core pillars:

  • Technical Precision: We analyze everything, from your striking footwork to your grappling leverage. My students like Shebin 'The Brawler' K Ibrahim and Aayush Dipu know that a win is often decided by the details that look small in the gym but matter in the cage.
  • Conditioning: We train in a non-air-conditioned environment with industrial fans. This is intentional. You need to perform when you are exhausted, not just when you are fresh.
  • Sparring Reality: We practice light contact technical sparring to keep our reflexes sharp without unnecessary injury.

Why We Win

We focus on 'fight IQ' over raw aggression. You can be the strongest person in the room, but if you do not have a game plan, you will lose to someone who is smarter and more disciplined. Whether you are aiming for your first amateur bout or looking to represent India on the international stage like Ayan at the IMMAF World Championship, the standard is the same.

This is not a place for ego. If you are here to learn, you will grow. If you are here to show off, you will be humbled. We are one team, and our goal is simple: to make sure you are ready when the bell rings.
