Core Combat Disciplines
Instruction in Muay Thai (Elbows, Knees, Clinch), Kickboxing, and Western Boxing footwork. Includes ground game basics and takedown defense on standard EVA puzzle mats.
Strength & Conditioning
Old school strength training using tractor tires, sledgehammers, and medicine balls. Includes specific durability drills like shin conditioning on hard surfaces.
Facility Access
Naturally ventilated 3rd floor facility (Non AC) with wall mounted fans. Full access to heavy bags, wall pads, and boxing ring during class hours (Morning 6 AM to 10 AM / Evening 5 PM to 9 PM).
Gym Culture
Strict Guru Shishya environment requiring barefoot training and mandatory prayers before sessions. Basic changing area and washroom provided (no showers or lockers).
Quarterly Advanced Skill & Sparring Program
Advanced Training Access
Unlimited attendance to all disciplined classes for 90 days. Progression to light contact sparring sessions and focus on complex movements like spinning elbows and flying knees.
Traditional Conditioning
Access to special outdoor Kusti (mud wrestling) sessions for grip strength and grounding. Includes mental conditioning and fight strategy talks breaking down biomechanics.
Equipment & Requirements
Includes guidance on purchasing correct gear. Note: Students must procure their own gum shield, groin guard, and personal gloves for sparring participation.
Private Guardian Coaching (12 Sessions)
Elite Instruction
Direct training with Madan Gowda (KRU title holder). Includes 4 to 5 rounds of intensive Thai Pad and Focus Mitt work per session where the coach actively corrects micro angles.
Technical Deep Dive
One on one clinch wrestling practice to understand leverage without group chaos. Detailed breakdown of hip rotation and power generation tailored to body type.
Customization & Analysis
Flexible scheduling outside peak batch hours. Includes video recording of drills for visual feedback and basic Desi diet advice for recovery.

My Way: Fighters, Not Just Fitness
Navve geddiroru, navve gelloru. Here, I don’t train people just to get fit. We train to win. I’m not chasing medals for myself or looking to be the ‘best coach’ in India. My focus is simple - my student becomes the champ, I stand by them. I don’t do sullu (lies) or mosa (cheating).
What We Train
- Muay Thai is my core - punches, kicks, elbows, knees, clinch - full real fight style. If you want the Art of 9 Limbs, this is it.
- Kickboxing and Boxing - we drill footwork, striking, and ring-craft from scratch, in a proper boxing ring.
- BJJ & Wrestling - the ground game is serious here. We work on takedowns, submissions, control - with the Gi for BJJ.
- For those wanting more roots, we go into traditional Muay Boran techniques too.
How We Build You
- It’s tough. Group classes mean you bleed and grow together. No shortcuts.
- Technique comes first, then live sparring. Group sparring sessions are the real test.
- Hardcore combat sports conditioning drills: cardio, tire work, shin hardening, core. Not a fancy gym, just honest grind.

Anyone with discipline and fire. Doesn’t matter if you’re a total beginner, a chota champ (kid), a woman wanting self-defense classes, or a pro looking for real training. Just bring your will. I’ll handle the rest.
