MMA and Combat Training in Bengaluru

Fighting is not about looking good on a screen. It is about building a body that performs and a mind that stays calm under pressure. Whether you want to step into the cage or just learn how to defend yourself, we start with the basics and we build from there.

This physique is not for show. It is the result of decades of discipline, the same discipline I expect from my students. To be a fighter, you must live the life.

Boxing is about precision, not just power. Here, I am teaching a student how to execute a clean counter-punch combination, turning defense into a sharp attack.

This is the goal. My student, Shebin K. Ibrahim, winning the East Zone MMA Title Belt. My job as a coach is to get my fighters ready for this moment.

I blend modern MMA with the ancient wisdom of Indian martial arts. Here you see Kalaripayattu training, which we use to develop unique footwork, speed, and agility.

One Team, One Goal. This is my core belief. Here I am with two of my top fighters. We stand together, we fight together.

A coach's role is a responsibility. It is not just about training, it is about educating. A student's performance makes the coach's name. We succeed together.

I have represented India on the world stage. This was my SFL fight against a Pakistani opponent. I bring this real-world cage experience to every student I train.

About this collection

You do not need a fancy gym to learn how to fight; you need a coach who tells you the truth. My training at BFC Bodyforce is simple: we hit pads, we drill techniques, and we spar with purpose. It is not about looking pretty; it is about building a body that performs when it counts. If you are ready to stop talking and start training, I have space for you.

I do not teach fitness as a hobby. I teach fighting as a skill. When you step into my gym, you are entering a space where ego stays at the door. I pull from my experience as a professional fighter—having represented India in the Super Fight League—and combine it with the traditional roots of Kalaripayattu and Silambam to create a style that is aggressive, efficient, and real.

We do not have air conditioning or fancy machines. We have mats, heavy bags, and sweat. My students range from kids learning their first stance to pros chasing national titles. In my group sessions, we work on 'fight IQ.' We analyze footwork, manage distance, and understand the psychology of a fight. Whether you are looking for MMA training, boxing, or grappling (BJJ), you will be held to a standard. If you want a place that pushes you to fix your form and sharpen your reactions, come train with us in Horamavu or Richards Town.

I started as a scrappy 10-year-old in Kerala, and today, I run BFC Bodyforce with the same hunger I had back then. I do not care about gym memberships; I care about building fighters who know how to stand their ground. We are one team with one goal.
