At Bangalore Boxing Club, I keep things simple and honest. My combat fitness sessions use boxing-based fitness classes to build your stamina, help with weight loss, and teach proper self-defense. No drama, no showing off - just real moves that actually work.

Who Steps Into The Ring?

You don't need any fancy background. Whether you've never punched before, or you're a working professional needing a break from screen time, or just someone who wants to get back in shape - we welcome all. Age, gender, body type, beginner or pro, everyone trains together. Sab log milke mehnat karte hain (Everyone works hard together).

What Happens In Class

Each session covers:

  • Warm-ups with stretching and running to get you ready
  • Functional strength training for fighters: bodyweight drills, agility ladders, cones
  • Boxing skills: shadow boxing for form, bag work for power, pad work for accuracy, and controlled sparring if you're up for it

You'll sweat, push limits, and learn to move like a real boxer.

My Story

We’re the BBC FAMILY, not just any gym. You walk in after a crazy day at work, tired, maybe feeling meh. But here, we don’t care how you start. It’s about showing up, sweating out, no drama, no excuses. You party hard, we train harder. You’ll see folks coming in clueless and turning into champs. We run our own Bangalore Boxing Championship too. Here, you become your best self, simple.
