What Happens In Class
Each session covers:
- Warm-ups with stretching and running to get you ready
- Functional strength training for fighters: bodyweight drills, agility ladders, cones
- Boxing skills: shadow boxing for form, bag work for power, pad work for accuracy, and controlled sparring if you're up for it
