I’m not here to just teach you how to throw a punch. This is about building grit, learning to think on your feet, and finding your own fight—inside and outside the gym. For me, combat sports isn’t just a workout, it’s a way to handle life.

Pick Your Style

  • MMA training for beginners and up—striking, grappling, and everything in between, all inside our caged ring.
  • Muay Thai, where you’ll get the hang of elbows, knees, clinch work, and even the Wai Kru (that’s the pre-fight ritual to show respect).
  • Boxing, if you want to sharpen your movement, defense, and land punches that count.
  • Jiu-Jitsu, where we drill ground game fundamentals like shrimping, safe falls, and controlling positions.
  • Kickboxing, for those who want a fast-paced mix of punches and kicks.

We live by “Everyday Porrada mindset”—just show up, grind, and get a bit better every day. Win or learn, that’s it. No drama, just progress.

How We Roll

I start you with the basics, and we drill until it’s second nature. Sparring is tough but safe—nobody’s here to get hurt. Expect lots of pad work, real feedback, and coaches who actually train with you.

My Story

We started Raw Combat Fitness because martial arts is more than just punches and kicks. It’s about the mind, body, and that something extra inside. I’ve seen folks like Priya walk in unsure, stick with it, and end up fighting in the ring, tougher in every way. We respect old traditions, but we’re about the everyday porrada - showing up, grinding, getting better. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or a pro, you come here to train with purpose. Os.
