About Women's Self-Defense
Why I Teach This
I've spent years fighting and coaching - what I show is not the usual "self-defense class" you see everywhere. I am straight up with you: my training is for real-life, not theory, and it gets intense. If you're looking for flashy tricks or movie moves, this isn't it.
No Nonsense, No Myths
Forget what you see on Instagram reels or TV. Most of it won’t work when things get ugly. I don't teach stuff that looks cool but fails under pressure. I stick to what’s been tested - realistic self-defense for women based on MMA, Boxing, and BJJ, but changed up for street situations.
What We Actually Do
- Practical striking: Punch, kick, defend - it's about power, accuracy, and handling yourself if you need to fight back.
- Grappling & ground escapes: Most attacks end up close or on the ground. I teach escape techniques for female assaults so you can break free, even if the attacker is stronger.
- Situational awareness: Women's street safety training means spotting danger early and avoiding it if possible.
- Fitness & conditioning: You need stamina and strength, not just skills.
Mindset Training
Attacks mess with your head. I focus on mental toughness for female self-protection, handling fear and adrenaline, and staying sharp when things go sideways. You’ll learn to read situations and attackers, not just defend.
What You Can Expect
I won’t sugarcoat things or give out fake confidence. My job is to push you so you walk out knowing you can handle yourself. In my gym, we work as a team, and we get real.

My Story
We’re BFC Bodyforce, but most folks know me as The Cut Man. Started out as a scrappy 10-year-old in Kerala, now running this gym where I train my own kids alongside everyone else. Passing on MMA, Kalaripayattu, Silambam – not just for medals, but to remember roots. I call out what’s wrong, always. Ithu ente kadama aanu (this is my duty). Here, fighting for what matters isn’t just in the ring, it’s everywhere.
