The Striking Lab: Boxing & Kickboxing

We focus on clean technique and power for stand-up fighting. This includes detailed pad work, heavy bag drills, and live sparring to sharpen your boxing and kickboxing skills for the cage or self-defense.

Ground Game: Grappling & BJJ

A complete fighter must control the ground. We drill takedowns, submissions, and defensive positions from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling to make you comfortable and dangerous on the mat.

Roots of Combat: Kalaripayattu & Silambam

I integrate techniques from traditional Indian martial arts like Kalaripayattu and Silambam. This is not for show; it is for improving footwork, movement, and finding a different rhythm in your fight game.

The Grind: Conditioning & Discipline

Fights are won before you ever step into the cage. Our training focuses on building the engine you need to outlast any opponent, with drills for strength, endurance, and mental toughness.
