Training Breakdown

We teach the full MMA toolkit:

  • Striking techniques for MMA: Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Boxing. You’ll drill punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and get loads of pad work and sparring.
  • Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes: Plus wrestling and judo. We focus on basics, submissions, chokes, and live rolling every day.
  • Functional fitness for fighters: Circuit training, agility drills, and strength work. Expect box jumps, medicine ball slams, and more.
