Training Access
- Schedule: Open access 6 days a week to all group classes.

- Schedule: Access to evening batches, typically 3 to 5 times a week.

Training Breakdown
We teach the full MMA toolkit:
- Striking techniques for MMA: Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Boxing. You’ll drill punches, kicks, knees, elbows, and get loads of pad work and sparring.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes: Plus wrestling and judo. We focus on basics, submissions, chokes, and live rolling every day.
- Functional fitness for fighters: Circuit training, agility drills, and strength work. Expect box jumps, medicine ball slams, and more.
Who Trains Here
- Beginners, pros, women, and kids. Never thrown a punch? We’ll teach you. Want to compete? We’ll coach and corner you.
- Women’s self-defence MMA workshops and regular classes.
- Kids martial arts programs for discipline and fun.

Fight Camp Experience - This isn’t a fancy gym. We train hard, win together, and learn together. Real talk, real instructions.
Local Language Coaching - We mix English, Kannada, Hindi, Tamil. You’ll hear 'ತಲೆ ಬಗ್ಗಿಸಬೇಡ' (don’t lower your head) and more.
