MMA vs Gym: What’s Real Strength?

Bahut saare log poochte hain (lots of people ask) - Gym ka ya MMA ka? Bodybuilders might lift heavier, but in a real fight, MMA ka banda vo gande se maarega (MMA guy will beat you up bad). Gym is cool, but here we build functional strength for fighters and real confidence. Dono ka apna-apna kaam hai (both have their own thing).

What I Teach

My sessions cover everything - striking, wrestling, and ground game for complete beginner MMA classes. You’ll learn:

  • Boxing (footwork, punches, defense, knockout power)
  • BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - technique beats size)
  • Kickboxing & Muay Thai (group kickboxing sessions, intense fitness)
  • Wrestling (takedowns, control)
  • Self-defense skills for women and anyone who wants real-world confidence

Who’s Welcome

Everybody. Absolute beginners, fitness buffs, kids (youth combat sports programs for ages 4-14), women, pros, even Indian Army soldiers. No ego, just warriors.

My Story

We’re Fighting Choice. For us, fighting is not just punches and kicks, it’s how we live every day. Koi boring treadmills nahi yahan (no boring treadmills here). We built a place where you drop your ego, punch out stress, and walk out mentally tougher. From kids to army soldiers, homemakers to office folks, everyone finds their inner fighter here. Training the Indian Army, seeing them go from guns to gloves - that’s something special. It’s not just a gym, it’s a fight for a better you.
