Unlike our Muay Thai classes, our boxing program is laser-focused on upper-body efficiency. You spend your hour working the sweet science, perfecting your jab, mastering head movement, and drilling footwork on the pads. You bring your own hand wraps and gloves, and we handle the technical correction until your combinations become second nature.
Why Boxing Here is Different
In most gyms, you get lost in a crowd. Here, we train for understanding. We do not just want you to repeat patterns; we want you to know why a jab creates an opening for a cross. Rato mat yaar, cheezein samjho bas. If you are just looking for a casual workout, you might find one elsewhere. If you are looking to actually learn how to box, you are in the right place.
The Training Format
Our boxing membership is designed for those who want to commit to the craft. Access is focused on the 5 PM to 9 PM window, Monday through Saturday. This is where the real work happens. You are not just punching the air. We emphasize one-on-one pad work with coaches who correct your stance, your rotation, and your recovery.
- Technical Focus: Punches, defensive movement, and head control.
- Conditioning: Tuesday group sessions are included to build the engine you need for those late-round efforts.
- The Gear: We use premium Fuji mats. Bring your own hand wraps and gloves. Hygiene matters, and you need gear that fits your own hands.
Who is this for?
Whether you are a complete beginner or a fighter looking to sharpen your hands for MMA or Muay Thai, the structure here serves the goal. We have students who are CEOs, students, and professionals. Once you step on the mat, that does not matter. Everyone is just another person working to get better.
