- Grappling: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi/No-Gi), Wrestling takedowns, and Sanda.
- MMA: Full cage work combining striking and grappling transitions.
Facility Specs
- Combat Zone: 16-20ft MMA Octagon Cage with chain-link fencing and open EVA foam mat area.
- Equipment: 4ft-6ft synthetic leather heavy bags, speed bags, and wall-mounted uppercut bags.
- Conditioning: Industrial setup with tractor tire flips, sledgehammers, battle ropes, and climbing ropes.
- Environment: Warehouse-style non-AC facility with industrial fans.

- Pause Facility: Membership freeze option available for annual commitments (>15 days).
- Events: Complimentary passes to local International Fight Nights.

What Training Feels Like
- Every session is about the grind. Expect sweat, sore muscles, and a lot of learning.
- We mix technical skill (striking, grappling), hardcore physical conditioning (tire flips, battle ropes, rope climbs), and mental toughness. Sparring is a must here - that’s where you really test yourself.
- Army style physical conditioning is a big part of our routine, so be ready for some serious work.

Bas, uth jao, phir dekho kaise itihas banta hai. Fighting Choice sirf gym nahi hai, yeh family hai. TEAM_FC_CLUB mein har jeet saath mein manate hain - state ho ya national. MMA Secretary banna bhi ek zimmedari hai - fighters ko top tak le jaana hai.
