- Partner Drills: Controlled technical sparring and blocking drills on EVA foam mats.
Facility & Logistics
- Session Format: 60-minute supervised group training.
- Equipment Access: Use of 4-6 hanging heavy bags and full-length mirrors for form correction.
- Environment: Training floor equipped with wall-mounted Split ACs.
- Note: Personal gear like gloves and hand wraps are not provided.
