For us, wrestling is way more than just a fight. On these mats, everyone is equal. Whatever mood you’re in, just come and roll - it’s like meditation. We see ourselves as a tribe. Doesn’t matter if you’re new or have medals, we believe in cheezein samjho, rato mat (understand the concepts, don’t just memorize). We’re here to help you level up together.
Wrestling for MMA & BJJ - What’s Different?
Wrestling is the link between striking and grappling. In MMA, it’s how you take things to the ground or keep it standing. In BJJ, it’s about who gets to control the start. Our whole thing? Integrating wrestling into your grappling game, whether you’re into Gi, No-Gi or cage fighting.

- Takedowns, throws, and chaining moves - not just one-off tricks, but real wrestling takedown strategies for MMA.
- Takedown defense: Sprawl, timing, hip pressure - all the stuff that actually works in a fight.
- Clinch control, including cage wrestling techniques for MMA - not just theory, but drilling it till it sticks.
- Every class: technique, drilling, live rolling, and wrestling conditioning for combat sports.
