About Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Training
Why I Train
On these mats, sab ek hi jaise hai (everyone's the same). Doesn't matter if you're a newbie or have years of experience. For me, martial arts is less about fighting and more about finding your own balance. Feeling off? Come train. Feeling great? Come train. I see it as active meditation, where discipline and routine help clear the mind.
What MMA Means Here
MMA at Crosstrain isn’t just about punches and kicks. We pull the best from different combat sports—boxing, Muay Thai, wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense—and blend them together. It's a full system. Whether you want to get fitter, learn to protect yourself, or get ready for a cage fight, everything's covered.
How We Train
- Striking with hands, feet, knees, elbows - all taught through Muay Thai and boxing training.
- Wrestling for control, takedowns, and defense.
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense, with both Gi and No-Gi sessions.
- We don’t just teach steps, but how to connect skills together. Like, using a jab to set up a takedown. Real fight situations, not just drills.
Mera simple funda: Rato mat yaar, cheezein samjho bas. (Don’t mug up, just understand.)

My Story
For us, Crosstrain isn’t just a fight club. The mat shows you who you really are, not just your moves. Jiu-Jitsu is more than a sport here—it’s therapy, it’s family. Whether you’re riding high or feeling low, the mat is always there. No egos, no drama. We celebrate every win, big or small, and push each other to grow. We’re not just teammates, we’re a tribe. Iron sharpens iron, always.
