Why Yoga With Us Feels Different
At Tangerine Arts Studio, yoga goes way beyond the poses. Yoga here is about reconnecting with yourself and learning to listen to your own truth. I treat the mat like a safe spot - not just for asanas, but for showing up with all your doubts and strengths. My aim is to give you space where your mind, body, and soul can finally get on the same page.
My Approach
I teach traditional Hatha yoga, which is all about finding a balance - not just physically, but inside too. It's less about how perfect your pose looks, more about how you feel in it. Every class is about building stability (sthira) and finding ease (sukham) in the flow, so you walk out feeling lighter in your head and body. You’ll notice we focus on meditation and breathwork in yoga, because calming the mind is as important as moving the body.
What To Expect
- Regular Hatha yoga classes for beginners and up: Dynamic and static asanas, pranayama, kriyas, mudras, bandhas, and always ending with meditation.
- Workshops: Deep dives into things like flexibility, hip and spine mobility, or even a 21-day discipline challenge.

My Story
Hey, we’re Tangerine Arts Studio. Eleven years in, still feels fresh, still feels like home. Team Tangerine is my heart. Yoga’s my anchor - mat time is truth time. Sometimes you’ll catch us on a sunrise beach in Lakshadweep, doing yoga, then diving deep underwater. Ginger and Pepper, our furry crew, might pop in for a stretch. If there’s matcha, I’m happy. We’re here for the sweet sound of stillness, no drama, just real.
