This is the first thing a potential client sees. It’s a powerful, curated story that shows my journey, my teaching style, and the results you can expect. It’s about real progress, not overnight perfection.
The Inversion Journey: Headstands & Handstands
Going upside down is more of a mental game than a physical one. This is a look at the real process of learning inversions, from using the wall for support to overcoming the fear of falling. We break down poses like Sirsasana (headstand) and handstands step by step, focusing on safety and building confidence.
Finding Your Float: Arm Balances & Pincha
Arm balances and Pincha Mayurasana (forearm stand) look intimidating, but they are achievable for everyone with the right technique. In my workshops, we focus on learning how to shift weight, engage the core, and use props to deconstruct the poses, making them accessible and fun.
Building Foundational Strength
The "fancy" poses are built on a foundation of strength, stability, and flexibility. Here, I share some of the drills and conditioning work we do in class. This includes core exercises, shoulder strengthening, and deep stretches that prepare the body for advanced asanas.
My Philosophy: The Real Work, The Real Me
My teaching is grounded in my own life experiences. Yoga for me is not about making perfect shapes; it's about healing, being honest with yourself, and learning to work with your limitations. This is a space for my thoughts on the practice and on life.
Join a Workshop: The Mumbai Vibe
There's a special kind of energy when we practice together in person. My workshops in Powai, Mumbai, are a chance to get hands-on adjustments and be part of a supportive community. We fall, we get back up, and we have a blast learning to float.
Learn With Me Online
You don’t need to be in a studio to get quality yoga instruction. My online classes are designed for real people with busy schedules, offering a convenient way to build a consistent practice from home. I keep batches small so I can provide personal attention and corrections to every student.
