Half-Day MOTR® Intensive

Curriculum
- Equipment: Full training on MOTR® (Movement On The Roller) cylindrical unit with resistance cables.
- Focus Areas: Agility drills, core functional strength, foam rolling (myofascial release), and upper body toning.
- Outcome: Sheetal's Core Pilates Workshop Completion Certificate provided.

- Resources: Digital or printed handouts covering exercise sequences.
- Facility: Premium AC studio in Worli or Bandra with changing rooms.

2-Day Apparatus Deep Dive
Schedule & Structure
- Duration: 2 full days (Saturday and Sunday format).
- Contact Hours: Approximately 6 hours per day (Total 12 hours).
- Level: Intermediate to Advanced focus, suitable for instructors seeking Continuing Education Credits.
Technical Training
- Equipment: Individual access to Balanced Body® Allegro 2 Reformers or Wunda/Combo Chairs (no sharing).
- Methodology: Focus on length, strengthen, and connect principles with deep anatomical cues.
- Specialization: Rehab-focused regressions and advanced injury management techniques.
Certification & Utilities
- Credential: Official Workshop Completion Certificate signed by Sheetal Shah.
- Materials: Comprehensive manual/workbook outlining theory and exercises.
- Hospitality: Healthy lunch provided on both days along with morning and evening tea/snacks.

Why I Teach Pilates Workshops
Pilates is more than a workout for me - it’s how I help people discover what their bodies can really do. My workshops aren’t about rushing through reps. We slow down, focus on technique, and build control from the core out. I want you to move better, not just harder.
What’s On Offer
Most workshops happen at my Worli studio. I keep things small so you get real attention - no crowded classes here. You’ll find:
- Reformer Pilates classes: Two days to get comfortable with the Reformer, whether you’re new or want to go deeper.
- Combo Chair sessions: Don’t let the size fool you - the Chair is tough! We use it to build stability and strength, and yes, it’s open to all levels.
- MOTR Pilates workshop: This one’s beginner-friendly, using a foam roller with resistance. It’s a fun way to work on core, balance, and flexibility.
For Pros & Trainers
If you’re a Pilates instructor or fitness pro, I run Pilates instructor training workshops too. You’ll learn how to use the MOTR for clients, rehab, and functional workouts. I also teach at big events like Pilates On Tour, so there’s a chance to learn from international experts.
What It Feels Like
I push you, but I’m fair. You’ll get hands-on corrections, and yes, you’ll feel the burn - but it’s smart, not random. We use Balanced Body equipment, so every move feels solid. If you want a workshop that’s personal, challenging, and focused on real technique, this is it.

People always ask, so here’s the truth - I teach Pilates because I love it, and I’ve been at it for 18 years. Balanced Body Master Educator - yeah, sounds fancy, but to me it means I get to help you really understand movement. Got a 'Women Icon of India' award recently, but honestly, my real win is watching students go from nervous to strong. My classes? Not just exercises, it’s about finding your power and moving with intention. That’s what keeps me going.
