Real yoga isn't about looking perfect for the camera. It is about building strength, stability, and understanding your own body. Here is what my practice actually looks like—struggles, falls, and all.

This is my Sirsasana (headstand) journey. The first frame from 2021 shows me full of fear, unable to find balance. The rest of the video shows my practice in 2023, where I'm stronger and more confident. This is what consistent, honest practice looks like. It’s not about getting the pose in a day; it’s about showing up, even when it's hard.

People often say online yoga doesn't work. I disagree. Watch as I give live, specific corrections to my student during an online class. I’ll be watching you like a hawk to ensure your alignment is safe and your technique is solid, no matter where you are.

The energy in my in-person workshops is something special. This is us after an arm balance session in my Powai studio. We fall, we laugh, we support each other, and we all leave a little stronger and more confident. This is our community.

This is the goal. Not just holding a headstand, but building a version of yourself that you can look back on and say, "Damn, I did that." My workshops are designed to give you the tools and strength to build that life, one practice at a time.

Technique is everything. This video breaks down the pulsing movement for Chakrasana (Wheel Pose), a key drill for building back strength and flexibility. I focus on specific cues like squeezing the glutes and using your thighs to open the chest, which is exactly what we do in class.

This is why I teach. Getting messages like this from students who are surprising themselves with their own strength is the best part of my job. My goal is to give you the guidance to do more than you ever imagined you could.

Ready to try for yourself? This is an example of my in-person workshops in Powai, focusing on the art of arm balance and Pincha. These sessions are practical, hands-on, and designed to help you learn the techniques to float safely.

Your practice is part of your life, not separate from it. Here I am, finding a moment to go upside down while traveling in Vietnam. Yoga builds a strength and awareness that you can carry with you anywhere in the world.

A lot of people ask me why my counting is so slow in class. Truth is, I do that to keep you safe and present. When you are holding a difficult asana, your mind wants to rush through it to get to the end. I force it to slow down so you actually feel your muscles working, not just flailing around. It is frustrating, sure, but that is where the real strength is built.

My practice is built on a foundation of tough love. If you join my classes, expect to be challenged. Whether we are working on headstand safety or arm balances, I am watching you like a hawk. We do not do chanting just for the vibe. We focus on biomechanics—wrist conditioning, shoulder mobility, and core engagement.

Many people think online yoga is a waste. I have designed my online masterclasses to be just as effective as being in a studio. I use clear auditory cues to guide you, and I expect you to hold yourself accountable. You will need a wall, some blocks, and a bit of discipline.

It is a journey. You will fall. You will grunt. You might even laugh at how ridiculous you look trying a new pose. That is the point. I have gone from being unable to hold a headstand to finding my float, and the only secret was showing up on the mat even when I did not want to. I am here to give you the tools to do the same. If you are ready to stop chasing perfection and start building a body that works for you, let’s get started.

I teach because I have been where you are—feeling like these poses are impossible, struggling with pain, and wanting to quit. I am not here to be a guru, just a guide who calls out your sloppy alignment so you can actually get stronger.
