- Approximately 12 to 20 sessions per month depending on 3 or 5 day batch selection.

- Flooring: Classes are conducted on carpet tiles (smoother soled shoes recommended for pivots).
- Instruction: Casual, high energy commands given in Hinglish.

Why I Teach Dance Fitness
Dance has always been my escape and my way to feel good, not just physically but also mentally. I don’t just see exercise as burning calories - I see it as a way to express, let go, and heal. My classes bring together movement, music, and a little bit of emotion so you end up lighter in every sense.
What Happens in Class
Classes are energetic and never boring. I mix up styles - sometimes we go full Bollywood dance workout with BollyFitX, sometimes we switch to Zumba for beginners to pump up the energy. If we get tired of the usual, we invent apna wala (our own style) routines and just have fun with it. When festivals hit, I plan festive specials - Navratri, Diwali, Holi - all are excuses for themed sessions.
No Experience Needed
You don't have to know how to dance. Seriously. Even if you think "nahi hoga" (I can't do it), just come, move, and let yourself try. Aap bas prayaas keejiye (Just give it a shot). Most people surprise themselves and feel more confident after a few classes.
The Studio Vibe
Classes happen in Janakpuri, Delhi with a group that's super welcoming. Ages, backgrounds, fitness levels - sab milta hai (everyone’s there). The energy is contagious and supportive. We’re a community, not just a bunch of people working out. You’ll leave feeling fitter, happier, and with some new friends too.

Namaste, Dr. Bharti here, from Ayukshema Yoga Studio. Yoga for me? Not just stretching or weight loss. It's a journey - apne aap se milne ka (meeting your own self). Hum na kisi se kam, na zyada. Just us, as we are. I see people walk in with pain, stress, hormonal issues like PCOS, and slowly, ek change aane lagta hai (a change begins). Our team is here to guide, but first step? Khud se pyaar karo (love yourself).
