For conditions like PCOS or thyroid imbalance, we use specific props like wall ropes, bolsters, and chairs to create restorative postures that target the pelvic floor and support the endocrine system. This is not about sweating through a generic workout; it is about gently aligning your body to let your hormones find their natural balance again.
