RYT-300 Advanced Teacher Training
Advanced Technical Training

- Peak Poses: Workshops dedicated to complex asanas including Shirshasana (Headstand), Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand), and deep backbends.
- Adjustments: Training on the "Art of Adjustment" to safely manually assist students using hands and props.

What You’ll Experience
I roll out a full yogic experience, not just stretching. Here’s what’s in store:
- Advanced postures - inversions, splits, backbends, balances, and drills to build real strength.
- Yogic philosophy course - we chat about Panchakoshas, 'Chitta Vritti', and transforming all layers of your being.
- You get hands-on in Ashtanga Vinyasa training for flow and energy, and Iyengar alignment techniques for precision. Props, wall ropes, all included.
How I Teach
Real talk: one-on-one attention matters. I focus on alignment, technique, and making sure you don’t wreck yourself. My style’s direct, supportive, and personal. If you ever feel like saying, “nahi hoga” (won’t happen), remember - effort is what counts. Aap bas prayaas keejiye (just make the effort).
The Journey
Finish the course and you step out as an Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher. But more than that, you leave with the guts and know-how to guide others. Online and offline batches available right at my studio in Janakpuri, New Delhi.
