Yoga isn't meant to be trapped inside four walls. I take my practice where the air is fresh and the energy is raw.

Your vibe follows your breath, choose calm. Finding my balance with a dancer's pose against the backdrop of the mountains.

Breathe, flow, be. A standing backbend by the river, soaking in the sun and the beautiful scenery.

A group of my students practicing Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) on the banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh.

Yoga: where every exhale leads to a deeper sense of peace. From a balancing pose to a quiet meditation in the park.

I am a daughter of Mahadev. No matter what happens, I will not stop working hard. A powerful goddess pose in the mountains.

Me to Mahadev ji. When I had given up hope, you supported me. A heartfelt backbend offering to the divine.

What's so special about yoga? Come, I'll show you. A side angle pose in the middle of nature's beauty.

Not every beautiful girl is an actress, some can be your yoga mam. A fun post from our yoga retreat.

Yoga is the balm of life. A headstand by the river, feeling grounded and connected to the earth.

Find stillness in motion. A reverse warrior pose by the river, feeling the flow of nature.

About Yoga in Nature: Retreats & Outdoor Sessions

Practicing outdoors changes everything. The uneven ground forces your core to stabilize, the sound of a flowing river quiets the noise in your head, and the open sky puts your daily stress into perspective. We do not just hold poses; we breathe with the landscape.

When you practice by the Sharda river or near the mountains, the breath work hits differently. It is not just about the view, it is about how nature forces you to be present. In my studio, we work on alignment and strength, but out here, we work on letting go.

Whether we are doing Surya Namaskar by the Ganga in Rishikesh or finding balance on a riverbank near the Nepal border, the goal remains the same: Shareer hi asli sampatti hai (The body is the real wealth).

My outdoor sessions focus on:

  • Grounding: Connecting with the earth to reduce anxiety and increase stability.
  • Pranayama: Breathing in fresh, unpolluted air to clear the lungs and mind.
  • Flow: Moving with the rhythm of the environment rather than a clock.

These retreats are for anyone feeling stuck, burnt out, or just bored with the routine. You do not need to be flexible to start. You just need to show up and be willing to get a little mud on your mat. We laugh at the failures, breathe through the discomfort, and always, always find a new beginning.

I’m not a teacher who sticks to a textbook. I’m a student of Mahadev, just like you, and I believe my body is my temple. I take my practice outside because that is where I find my own rhythm, and I want you to feel that too.
