MMA Training – Full Package
Mixed Martial Arts is not just ek cheez (one thing). I train you across striking, grappling, and conditioning so you become a complete fighter. Whether you want to compete or just sweat it out, you’ll find your groove here.
- Striking: We cover boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai. You’ll work on stance, footwork, and how to throw punches and kicks with your whole body. Shadow boxing, heavy bags, pad work - sab milta hai (you get everything).
- Grappling: Focus is on wrestling and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques. You’ll learn takedowns, defense, escapes, and submissions like Rear Naked Choke and Armbar. Chhoti galtiyan (small mistakes) are fixed right here.
- Strength & Conditioning: Functional strength training for fighters is a must. Tire flips, kettlebells, battle ropes - we build your engine for real fight endurance.
For Whom? Sabke Liye (For Everyone)
Absolute beginners, men, women, kids - all are welcome. MMA for beginners starts with dedicated batches so you’re not lost. Our Ninja Kids learn discipline, and female fighters are strong members of the team. Controlled sparring sessions keep things safe and aaram se (easy).

My Story
Hum Knockout MMA GTB Nagar hain. Gym nahi, family hai - sab ek dusre ko push karte hain, chaahe Ninja kids ho ya pro fighters. Yahan har koi champion banne ki koshish kar raha hai, ring mein bhi, zindagi mein bhi. Sanjay bhai ka accident hua tha, poori team saath thi - yahi hai hamari bonding. Hamare yahan ladna hi nahi, saath bhi sikhte hain. Jab aap join karte ho, member nahi, team ka hissa bante ho.

Ninja kids se leke pros tak - Chahe pehli baar gloves pehne ho ya championship fight training kar rahe ho, har kisi ke liye batch hai.
