About
Straight Talk: My MMA Philosophy
Shortcut ka chakkar mat lo - jo kaam karna hai, mehnat se karo (don’t chase shortcuts, do the work). I believe real growth comes slow, step by step. If you want to be stronger, smarter, faster, it’s all about showing up, putting in the effort, and moving forward, even if progress feels slow.
What To Expect Here
MMA training here isn’t just learning how to fight. I mix the best of different martial arts so you get skills for real life, not just the ring. You’ll learn:
- Grappling and ground defense with Jiu-Jitsu (this is our bread and butter, especially for self-defense).
- Muay Thai pad work and boxing - we use hands, feet, elbows, knees. Lots of drills, lots of sweat.
- Wrestling for clinch and takedowns - the transition game that ties everything together.
Strength & Conditioning
Technique alone won’t cut it. We do MMA circuit training - tire flips, sledgehammers, bodyweight stuff. It’s gritty, but it builds the engine you need.
Who Can Train?
Sabke liye hai (for everyone):
- Beginners: Come as you are, I’ll guide you from zero.
- Kids: Special kids MMA classes focused on confidence and anti-bullying.
- Competitors: If you want, I support you for national-level MMA competition.
Our Vibe
Hard work, but also family. We push each other, laugh, and yes, our gym dog Moti is always around. Yeh skill medals ke liye nahi, apnon ke liye bhi hai (these skills matter for loved ones, not just medals). If we can’t stand up for our people when needed, then what’s the point?
