I’m Bodhi Ran. For me, MMA goes deeper than just punches and kicks. The real fight is finding your own grit and growth - aaj rang, kal ring, dono me dum dikhaenge (today with color, tomorrow in the ring - we show our spirit in both). The mat never lies, and neither do the lessons you pick up here.
What I Teach
My Mixed Martial Arts program mixes it all up. You'll train in:
- Judo and Sambo for throws and takedowns,
- Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for ground control,
- Muay Thai and Kickboxing for sharp striking,
- Boxing for footwork,
- Wrestling for control.
I blend these into drills like Muay Thai and Judo combination drills, so you move from one style to the next without thinking. Timing and precision matter more than just pure power.
Training for Everyone
No experience? Cool, start from scratch. Already a fighter? I work with pros prepping for the next big fight. Think you’re too old? Not here. Adults in their 20s, 30s, and up join weekend batches. We all start somewhere.
How We Train
It’s not just sweat for sweat’s sake. I focus on building your Fight IQ, with integrated drills, combat conditioning workouts, and sessions led by active champions. Sparring here is a conversation - not just a bash fest. Beginners can opt out, but if you want to get better, it helps.

My Story
We’re Bodhi Ran - enlightenment and battle, both. Here, struggle isn’t just a word, it’s our daily routine. Kids come in nervous, walk out with medals. Women find strength they didn’t know existed. Fighters fall, get up, and punch harder. I picked up some serious lessons from top Judokas in Japan, brought all that back for our crew. Holi or sparring, impact matters.
