The Heart and Hustle of Our MMA Academy
This is a glimpse of life on the mats at Art of Defense. From your first strike to championship-level conditioning, we build fighters one round at a time.
This is what dedication looks like. We build fighters from the ground up with a mix of intense conditioning like jump rope for footwork and heavy bag drills for power. It's not just about training hard; it's about training smart.
Welcome to the grind of No-Gi jiu-jitsu. Here, we focus on pure technique, control, and leverage to dominate on the mat. This is a live roll, showcasing the constant flow between dominant positions and submission attempts.
Our classes are pure energy. We start with dynamic warm-ups and conditioning drills to build a strong base, then move into technical partner work. You'll sweat, learn, and push your limits alongside your teammates every single session.
Age is just a number on the mat. Here's our 13-year-old warrior Amrit, showcasing crisp boxing combinations on the focus mitts. We build discipline and confidence in our youth program, teaching fundamental skills in a safe and motivating environment.
This is the art of eight limbs. Our Muay Thai training focuses on generating power and precision in every kick, working with a coach holding a kick shield to refine technique. We teach you how to use your shins, knees, elbows, and fists effectively.
Empowering women through the art of self-defense. This shot from our women's batch shows a powerful kick being practiced on a strike shield. We provide a supportive space to learn practical, effective techniques for real-world situations.
We don't just train, we compete. This is the official fight poster for one of our amateur fighters, Digambar Rawal, stepping into the cage. We prepare our competition team for the pressure and intensity of a real MMA fight.
This is where we build raw, functional strength. The tire flip is a staple in our warrior conditioning program, developing the explosive power and full-body strength needed to control an opponent in a fight.
About Featured
You won't just see elite athletes here. You'll see thirteen-year-olds finding their discipline on the pads and women mastering self-defense techniques in a safe, controlled environment. Our studio is built for everyone—whether you're training for your first fight or just looking to break a serious sweat, you'll find your rhythm on our mats.
Training Beyond The Cage
At Art of Defense, we believe the mat is a great equalizer. When you step into our Saket studio, titles and experience levels don't matter as much as your willingness to show up. Our featured collection captures that daily grind: the sweat, the technical sparring, and the discipline it takes to evolve.
What We Cover
- Striking & Grappling: We don't separate MMA into neat boxes. You'll see our members flowing from boxing mitt-work to the technical ground-game of No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
- Conditioning: Real fighting requires engine. You'll catch glimpses of our warrior conditioning sessions—tire flips, battle ropes, and kettlebell circuits—designed to build the explosive power you need, whether you're competing in the cage or just want to get fit.
- Inclusive Environment: We train kids, women, and adults in separate batches, ensuring that everyone gets the specific attention they need. Our youth program, led by coaches who focus on fundamental technique, helps build confidence that translates far beyond the gym.
