Training Schedule

- Training on large padded puzzle mats in a semi-outdoor shed structure.
- Natural ventilation only with no air conditioning or premium climate control.
- Access to shared heavy bags, kick shields, and focus mitts.
- Basic changing area and washroom access without lockers or steam rooms.
Community Access
- Entry to gym social events, fight nights, and sparring gatherings.
Private Self-Defense Course (10 Sessions)
Course Structure
- Includes 10 private sessions of approximately 60 minutes each.
- 100% coach attention for form correction and safety.
- Coach serves as a dedicated sparring partner for throws and submissions.
Technical Curriculum
- Scenario-based training on escaping grabs, wrist releases, and ground recovery.
- Extensive rounds of pad work and focus mitts to sharpen reflexes.
- Tailored modules available for specific needs like women's self-defense or anti-bullying.

What We’re About
I’m not here to give you a fluffy self-defense class. At Roar MMA, we dig deep and find the fighter in you, whether you’re a total newbie or you’ve thrown a punch before. Yahan pe (here), discipline comes first. If you want peace, you better be ready for war. We focus on making you stronger, not just physically but mentally too.
Everybody Fights
Age, gender, background - doesn't matter. Seen bachche (kids) as young as 3 and adults pushing 60 in my classes. You want to stop feeling helpless? This is your spot. Women especially, it’s time to go beyond “stay safe” tips and actually learn how to handle yourself. Punching is fun, trust me.
Your MMA Arsenal
I teach you more than one style. You get the whole package from mixed martial arts for self-defense:
- Boxing for hands and movement
- Kickboxing and Muay Thai for powerful kicks and elbows

My Story
I’m Prakram Dandona, founder of ROAR MMA. For me, fighting is more than sport—it’s pure living. Roadies taught me ‘Karm ya Kaand’ (action or chaos) and I bring that same madness here. Out in Faridabad, we’re not just a gym, we’re a tribe. Women, men, kids, doesn’t matter—sabke liye (for everyone). We lift each other up, we punch, we play, we live loud. You’ll find your strength here, promise.

Manual Workouts, No Machines - All training is raw—cardio, strength, endurance with real hustle. Expect sweat, not fancy gear.
Open to All Ages - From kids combat sports to adults, anyone can join. If you’re willing, we’re ready.
Community & Fun - Thursday night is Games Night. We play, we bond, we grow stronger together.
