About Inside the Academy
We built this space in Saket with one goal: to get you ready. You will find professional-grade EVA foam mats for your rolls, specialized strength equipment like tires and kettlebells for conditioning, and a wall mural that reminds us exactly why we show up to train every single day.
Our academy is more than just a room with bags and mats. It is a space designed for total immersion in combat sports. We have structured the facility to accommodate everything from high-intensity striking drills using USI heavy bags and focus mitts to technical ground work for Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling.
Whether you are here for the morning session or the evening batch, the environment is built to support your progression. We provide clean, safe training areas and a strength zone equipped for functional conditioning, ensuring you have the tools to build your cardio and explosive power.
We keep the vibe real and focused. You will see people from all walks of life, from beginners taking their first steps in self-defense to fighters prepping for the cage. We believe that when you step onto these mats, your background does not matter—only your effort.
