Monthly Group Combat Access
Daily Training Regimen
- Striking & Grappling: Instruction in Muay Thai fundamentals (stance, combos, kicks) and basic Wrestling/BJJ (takedowns, escapes) on 20-25mm EVA mats.
- Functional Conditioning: High-rep circuits using battle ropes, agility ladders, and bodyweight calisthenics like burpees and pushups.
Class Logistics
- Access: Entry to 1 batch per day, 6 days a week with shared use of heavy bags and focus mitts.
- Environment: Naturally ventilated, fan-cooled training hall focusing on raw intensity rather than luxury amenities.
- Batch Structure: Mixed-gender group sessions lasting 60-90 minutes led by a head coach and assistants.
1-on-1 Personal Defense (12 Sessions)
Dedicated Instruction
- Focused Pad Work: 3-5 rounds of 1-on-1 focus mitt training per session to improve precision, timing, and reflexes.
- Technical Correction: Immediate feedback on striking form and grappling posture to ensure effectiveness and prevent injury.
- Real-World Scenarios: Customized defense drills, such as escaping holds or defending against size disparities, tailored to your physique.
Schedule & Access
- Flexibility: 12 sessions per month (approx. 3x weekly) booked in advance based on coach availability.
- Solo Practice: Includes full access to gym facilities and equipment for independent practice before or after private sessions.
- Additional Support: Basic verbal guidance on diet and nutrition to support increased training load.

Fear disappears when you know you can handle yourself. We’ve seen how MMA-based self-defense techniques change the way people walk into a room - it's a feeling you can't fake.
What You’ll Learn
We start from scratch, no matter your background. You get:
- Real-world self-protection skills, not just theory
- Stand-up striking like boxing, kickboxing, and Muay Thai - think solid punches, strong kicks, and knees that actually work in a fight
- Ground game basics from wrestling and Jiu-Jitsu - takedowns, controlling someone on the ground, and how to finish a fight fast
- Physical conditioning for self-defense - push-ups, ropes, climbs, all the stuff that leaves you gasping but stronger every week

No fancy crowd, just regular people who want to stop feeling vulnerable. If you're a total beginner, we’ve got you. If you’re a woman looking for real confidence, we run batches focused on women's confidence building in martial arts. Age, previous fitness, none of that matters here.

My Story
