Foundation Training (Alternate Days)
Core Schedule
- Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat).
- Duration: 60 to 75 minutes per group session.
- Batch Size: Approximately 15-25 students per class.
Technical Curriculum
- Karate & Striking: Progression through colored belt system with fundamental boxing and kickboxing drills.
- Conditioning: Old-school fitness using agility ladders, bodyweight exercises, and tire drills.
- Self-Defense: Specific instruction on 'Good Touch vs Bad Touch' and escape drills against adult attackers.

- Environment: Non-AC, well-ventilated hall with wall pads and jigsaw safety mats.
- Vibe: High-energy, strict discipline environment focused on mental toughness.
Competition & MMA Team (Daily Access)
Advanced Schedule
- Frequency: Unlimited access running 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).
- Focus: High-intensity training designed for competitive capability.
Full MMA Syllabus
- Grappling: Includes Wrestling takedowns and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu basics for ground control.
- Striking: Advanced Muay Thai combinations involving knees and elbows.
- Sparring: Controlled contact sessions using full protective gear (headguards and shin pads).
Athlete Development
- Competition Prep: Dedicated training cycles for State and National championships.
- Mentorship: Direct oversight by the Head Coach with a focus on strategy and agility.
- Access: Full use of speed bags, grappling dummies, and conditioning equipment.

I don't run just another fight club. For us, it's all about effort. Champion medal jeetne se nahi, koshish karne se banta hai (A champion is made by trying, not just by winning medals). We’re like a parivaar (family) here, where your kid finds discipline, confidence, and a safe place to grow.
What Kids Learn
- We mix MMA, Karate, Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, and Gymnastics for a full experience.
- Karate belt system for children marks their progress.
- Kids self defense training includes practical stuff (escaping grabs, reacting calmly, handling real-life situations).
- Child fitness through martial arts isn’t ignored - balance, flexibility, and stamina come with the drills.
Training Style
- No shortcuts - drills, pad work, muscle memory, and conditioning are regulars.

My Story
Namaste, I’m Pavan Sikarwar, head coach at Combat MMA Club. Champion medal se nahi, koshish se banta hai – yahi main sikhata hoon. Club hamara sirf gym nahi, parivaar hai. Hum saath ladte hain, saath seekhte hain. Aftab ki kahani yaad hai – gusse mein club chhod diya, par laut kar gold jeeta. Yahan har student ki jeet meri khushi hai. Bas, yahi hai hamara fighter ka raasta.

MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, BJJ, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Karate - Full range combat sports training, including Mixed Martial Arts and Muay Thai sparring sessions.
Kids MMA & Self Defense - Special classes for kids MMA and self defense for women. Sabko fighter banana hai.
Sparring Days - Regular sparring, real fight experience. Tap or nap – beast banna padta hai.
Championship Preparation - Organising Delhi state MMA championship, Inter Club events. National medal hamara goal hai.
