Our classes run six days a week, and we keep the batches small to ensure you get actual form correction from our coaches instead of just getting lost in a crowd. Whether you are hitting pads to relieve stress or learning grappling to build endurance, the focus remains on consistent progress and safe technique.
At Art of Defense, we do not believe in shortcuts. Our Saket facility is equipped with EVA foam mats for safe grappling and high-quality heavy bags for striking drills. When you walk in, you are not just joining a gym, you are joining an MMA family that includes national champs and absolute beginners. Our environment is climate-controlled, ensuring you can focus on the workout rather than the heat.
Our coaches, Udit and Vikas, lead the sessions with a focus on real-world applicability. You are learning techniques that work, whether you are training for fitness or competition. We offer separate batches for kids and women, alongside our mixed MMA sessions. If you are worried about the intensity, we have a one-day trial assessment to help you gauge your comfort level. For those looking for specialized work, our private coaching sessions allow us to correct your stance, improve your deadlift form, or help you cut weight.
Our conditioning circuits incorporate battle ropes, tire flips, and calisthenics to build functional power. We teach Muay Thai, Boxing, and BJJ, ensuring you learn real fighting skills regardless of your starting point. You will sweat, you will struggle, and you will get better.
