We do not just build muscle; we build fighters. Our conditioning circuits are designed to improve your explosive power, endurance, and agility using the same methods our competition team relies on.

A strong core is essential for any fighter. Here, a young member demonstrates a core circuit we use for all our athletes, including Russian twists, V-ups, and hanging leg raises.
About Strength, Conditioning & Agility
Stop spending hours on isolation machines that leave you stiff. Our training is about functional movement, which means we use battle ropes, tire flips, and explosive bodyweight drills to mimic the unpredictable nature of combat. You will be sweating, but more importantly, you will be moving with intent rather than just counting reps.
Our strength and conditioning program is not a typical gym experience. Located in Saket, our facility is built for those who want real-world athletic performance.
Why Fight Conditioning?
In a fight, you don't have the luxury of perfectly balanced machines. You have gravity, your own body weight, and your opponent. That is why our circuits revolve around:
- Explosive Power: We utilize tire flips and kettlebell work to generate force from the ground up.
- Cardiovascular Endurance: Our combat HIIT sessions include battle ropes and high-intensity burpee variations to keep your heart rate high, just like in a sparring round.
- Agility & Coordination: We use ladders and plyometric drills to ensure your footwork is as sharp as your hands.

While this training is the foundation for our MMA and Muay Thai fighters, it is open to anyone looking to change their routine. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced athlete, our coaches focus on form first. You will get strong, but you will also get mobile, athletic, and durable.
