Kids Martial Arts and MMA Classes in Saket
We turn the mat into a space for confidence and strength. Our sessions for kids mix boxing, grappling, and agility to build healthy habits that last.
Personalized coaching is key to development. Here, one of our coaches works one on one with a young student on his kickboxing combinations, focusing on proper form for punches and kicks.
It all starts with the basics. A young student receives instruction from a coach before practicing her boxing skills with a partner, learning stance and guard in a safe, supervised setting.
Our young fighters learn to generate power and proper technique using professional equipment. Here, kids practice their boxing combinations on the heavy bag, an essential tool for developing striking skills.
Movement and technique are drilled until they become second nature. This session shows our young members practicing shadow boxing to improve their footwork and form before moving on to heavy bag work.
A complete workout for our future champions includes more than just fighting. This young member demonstrates a typical training circuit, including push-ups for strength, shadow boxing for technique, and bag work for power.
We build well-rounded athletes. This training sequence shows a young student working on heavy bag striking, footwork drills with agility cones, and kettlebell swings for functional strength.
We believe it is never too early to start building discipline and confidence. Our special kids' training programs are designed to provide a strong foundation in martial arts and life skills.
About Kids Martial Arts: Building Future Champs
Kids do not just learn to punch here. We use agility ladders, light kettlebells, and plyometric drills to build real athleticism before they even put on the gloves. Every 60-minute session balances high-energy fun with strict technical form, ensuring they learn the basics of boxing and wrestling on safe EVA mats.
Building Foundation, Not Just Fighting
Our program for kids in Saket is not about teaching them to fight others. It is about fighting their own limits. We focus on the why and how of movement, helping kids build the kind of focus that carries over to school and daily life.
What the training covers:
- Striking Fundamentals: We teach proper stance, guard, and combinations using USI heavy bags. It is technical, not wild.
- Grappling Basics: Kids learn break-falls, wrestling control, and Judo concepts on high-density foam mats. Safety is the priority.
- Conditioning: Agility ladders, cones, and fun bodyweight circuits like V-ups keep the energy high and build motor skills.
The Art of Defense Way We believe kids thrive when they feel part of something. That is why our batches are capped at 10-15 students. It allows our coaches, Udit and Vikas, to actually correct form and give each child the attention they need. Whether your child is quiet or bursting with energy, we give them a place to channel it.
No shortcuts, no gimmicks. Just consistent training six days a week, where they learn that failure is just part of getting better. Come by for a trial session and see the energy for yourself.
