About Women's Self-Defense & Fitness
You do not need any prior fighting experience to start here. We focus on practical defense mechanics like escaping grips, breaking holds, and managing distance against larger opponents, which you can practice in both our dedicated women-only sessions and our mixed-gender groups.
Train for Real-World Scenarios
Our approach to self-defense moves beyond basic fitness. We teach you how to protect yourself using techniques from Muay Thai, boxing, and basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You will learn how to handle ground situations, manage distance, and use elbows and knees effectively. This is not about memorizing choreography; it is about building the instinct to react when it counts.
Combat-Based Fitness
If your goal is to get in the best shape of your life, our Combat HIIT circuits are the answer. We use tire flips, battle ropes, and calisthenics to build fight-ready endurance. You are not just running on a treadmill; you are building explosive power and core strength that translates to real-world energy.
Your Training Environment
We train in an air-conditioned studio in Saket equipped with safe EVA foam mats, heavy bags, and professional-grade gear. Whether you join a group batch or opt for 1-on-1 coaching, you will find a team that pushes you to work hard. We believe in consistency over intensity, and our coaches, Udit and Vikas, ensure you learn the form correctly from day one. You will sweat, you will learn to fail, and you will get back up stronger.
