About
Why I Teach Self-Defense
For me, self-defense is never just about medals. Jab zaroorat pade, hum apne liye khud khade ho sakein (When needed, we should be able to stand up for ourselves). I teach so you have the confidence to protect yourself and those you care about—no drama, just real skills.
Who Can Join
- Women: Our workshops focus on women's personal safety training. We build confidence and teach you how to handle real threats. Maa Durga ke jaise strong bano! (Be strong like goddess Durga!)
- Kids: My anti-bullying self-defense for kids is all about making children confident, not aggressive. They learn basic moves, mental strength through yoga, and practical ways to deal with bullies.
- Companies & Communities: I also take sessions for corporate self-protection seminars, schools, and NGOs across Delhi NCR, spreading awareness and basic skills so more people feel safe.
What I Actually Teach
- Techniques from Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Wrestling—no complicated kata, only things that work outside the mat.
- Ground survival techniques in case you're pushed down.
- Defending against multiple attackers, knife basics, and using daily items for safety.
- Scenario-based drills so you’re ready for real situations, not just theory.
What You Won’t Get
No fake martial arts, no shortcuts. Jo kaam karega bas wahi sikhaunga (I'll only teach what actually works). Free camps and open resources for those who can’t always pay—because safety should be for everyone.

My Story
My Work
Martial Arts & Self Defense Training - We teach MMA, Jiu-Jitsu, women's self-defense classes, boxing, Muay Thai, strength & conditioning, and swimming camps.
No Shortcuts, Only Hard Work - Here, discipline and confidence building matter more than quick fixes. Every step counts, slow and steady.
Safety Is Everything - Omjiujitsu mein safety sabse pehle hai (safety comes first). Parents can trust we keep things safe and careful.
Feels Like Family - Yahan seriousness bhi hai, fun bhi (there’s seriousness and fun). Birthdays, Moti, support, and laughs - not just a gym.
Grow Beyond Martial Arts - Our podcast 'Omjiujitsu Insights' talks about life skills, not just fighting. Mental health, nutrition, and more.
