Real MMA Training and Functional Strength
Welcome to Art of Defense. This is where we sharpen hands and build fighters. Browse our training ground to see the energy, the grind, and the discipline that defines our MMA family.
This is what dedication looks like. We believe that age is just a number on the mat, and this young warrior proves it by putting in the work, mastering his boxing combinations with focus and intensity.
We unleash the beast in every session. This is a look at our combat conditioning drills where the whole team moves together, building explosive power and endurance with exercises like plate burpees.
This isn't your regular gym. We build real-world strength with functional tools like tires and medicine balls. Here you see one of our members developing explosive full-body power with tire flips.
No shortcuts, just hard rounds and sharp hands. This is the result of consistent training: a fighter's physique built through a combination of jump rope for footwork, shadowboxing for technique, and heavy bag work for power.
We flow like water and move with purpose. Our mobility sessions focus on developing rhythm, control, and strength through dynamic movements like these animal flow drills, ensuring your body is as agile as it is strong.
Here is a look at one of our explosive power workouts designed specifically for Jiu Jitsu. We focus on tempo sumo deadlifts for strength, landmine presses for unilateral power, and rotational kettlebell swings for core stability.
Everyone starts somewhere, and we welcome all beginners. This is a glimpse into our MMA batch, where we focus on teaching fundamental striking techniques like elbows and punches using kick shields for safe, effective partner drills.
About this collection
You will not find rows of climate-controlled machines or shiny treadmills here. We train in a raw, basement facility with industrial fans, tractor tires, and battle ropes, designed specifically to build functional strength that matters in the real world.
We do not believe in cookie-cutter workouts. Our approach at Art of Defense blends intense combat conditioning with functional strength training to build bodies that are actually capable of performing. Whether you are here for self-defense, competition, or general fitness, every session is designed to push your endurance and agility.
Why Our Training Works
Our members train in a high-intensity environment that mimics the reality of a fight camp. We use industrial gear like tractor tires, sledgehammers, and kettlebells to forge explosive power, rather than just aesthetics. You will go through jump rope intervals, shadow boxing rounds, and mobility drills that keep your joints durable.
The Community Aspect
It does not matter if you have never picked up a weight or if you are already an athlete. Our batches are inclusive, welcoming total beginners alongside those preparing for a future in fighting. You will find that our coaches focus heavily on form correction, ensuring you get the technique right before you start hitting heavy bags or sparring. If you are ready to put in the work, you will fit right in with the team at our Saket facility.
Art of Defense
We are an MMA family that thrives on hard work and sweat. Whether you are walking in as a total beginner or a seasoned athlete, we push you to find your limit and then move right past it.
