A strong core is the key to a strong fighter. Our young warrior Amrit demonstrates a core circuit, including weighted Russian twists, V-ups, and hanging leg raises.

We build explosive rotational power essential for striking and grappling. The landmine press is a core part of our strength programming for developing unilateral strength and stability.

We build strong, healthy bodies with a variety of functional exercises. This includes landmine rows for back strength, pull-ups for upper body power, and wall-assisted handstand push-ups for shoulder stability.

This is the grind. Our conditioning workouts include a mix of everything: ring work for gymnastic strength, jump rope for cardio and footwork, and the rowing machine for full-body endurance.

We do not believe in machines that do the work for you. At Art of Defense, our functional conditioning is designed to challenge your endurance, stability, and explosive power. We incorporate Animal Flow for mobility, heavy compound lifting for strength, and high-intensity combat drills to build a body that is durable and athletic. The facility is a raw, non-AC basement because true grit is not built in a climate-controlled room.

Whether you are using our tractor tires and battle ropes for circuit training or working on form with kettlebells, our head coaches are always on the floor to manage intensity and correct your technique. You will get tired, you will be sore, and you will see actual progress. This is the place for people who value real-world strength over vanity gym PRs. We keep our sessions high-energy and inclusive, meaning whether you are a total beginner who has never picked up a weight or a seasoned athlete hitting a plateau, you will find your place here.
