About Fitness & Conditioning
If you’re looking for cushy machines and AC, this place isn’t for you. Roar MMA is more like a fight camp than a gym, and everything we do is about finding the fighter inside you. It’s raw, intense, and a bit wild - but that’s how we like it.
Our Culture: More Than Fitness
We live by a different code. It’s not just about sweating - it’s about building discipline, mental strength, and real confidence. Some call it extreme; for us, it’s just normal. Here, you learn to handle life, not just lift weights.
What Training Looks Like
No machines here, only real-world strength workouts. We use:
- Heavy tires, ropes, punching bags, and weight plates.
- Bodyweight moves and loaded carries.
- Stuff like shin conditioning and neck drills that most gyms won’t touch.
We mix up fight camp conditioning with classic jump rope, high-energy warm-ups, and things like kabaddi or football with boxing gloves. Expect teamwork, chaos, and a lot of laughs (and groans).
Who Trains Here
Yahan pe (here), everyone jumps in - from three-year-old kids to folks in their sixties. Doesn’t matter if you’re a pro or a total newbie. If you’ve got himmat (courage), you’ll fit right in.
Coaches
You’ll train with me and others who’ve actually fought, not just read about it. Champions like Chungreng Koren are in the mix, sharing what it really takes.
If you’re bored of regular gyms and want to see what you’re made of, come try a session. Might change how you see yourself.

My Story
I’m Prakram Dandona, founder of ROAR MMA. For me, fighting is more than sport—it’s pure living. Roadies taught me ‘Karm ya Kaand’ (action or chaos) and I bring that same madness here. Out in Faridabad, we’re not just a gym, we’re a tribe. Women, men, kids, doesn’t matter—sabke liye (for everyone). We lift each other up, we punch, we play, we live loud. You’ll find your strength here, promise.
My Work
Combat Sports & Fitness Training - We offer MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai for beginners, Wrestling, Jiu-Jitsu, Functional Fitness, Self Defence and swimming.

Open to All Ages - From kids combat sports to adults, anyone can join. If you’re willing, we’re ready.
Community & Fun - Thursday night is Games Night. We play, we bond, we grow stronger together.
