Flexibility is not just about stretching—it is the foundation of agility, power, and injury prevention in the ring. Here is how we build fighter-grade movement at our Saket studio.

We build our fighters from the ground up, one sprawl at a time. This fundamental wrestling drill is key for defense and conditioning, and we drill it until it's instinct.

Wrestling flow is earned, not given. We practice fluid transitions and movements to build a strong foundation for grappling, focusing on control and continuous motion.

Strength is found in stillness too. We incorporate yoga and balance drills into our training, like the tree pose and headstands, to improve focus, stability, and flexibility.

We focus on building functional mobility for combat sports. This includes dynamic movements like floor rolls and thoracic twists to improve agility and prevent injury.

This is the art of movement. We drill wrestling-inspired stances and transitions to develop the balance, coordination, and muscle memory needed for effective grappling.

Here is a quick tutorial on the crab reach. This is a fantastic exercise we use in our warm-ups to improve hip mobility, shoulder stability, and overall coordination.

Recovery is part of the training. We end our sessions with guided group stretching to improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and ensure our bodies are ready for the next grind.

Animal Flow is a fun and exciting way to build a better-moving body. It enhances flexibility, mobility, and functional strength, which is why we incorporate it into our workouts.

About Movement, Mobility & Flow

Most gyms treat mobility as an afterthought, but here it is our foundation. Whether you are drilling wrestling sprawls, practicing Animal Flow transitions, or working on balance, these movements are meant to be done until they are instinct. If you skip this, you are just waiting for an injury.
