Yoga isn't just about bending; it is about building a body and mind that can handle anything life throws at you. These advanced sequences are where my own practice meets the guidance I offer my students.

This is a demonstration of an advanced arm balance and flexibility sequence, performed on the banks of the Ganga. This level of practice requires years of dedication, discipline, and focus.

A sequence of advanced yoga poses performed at the historic Qutub Minar. This includes Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (One-Legged King Pigeon Pose) and a challenging balancing asana.

Practicing Bakasana (Crow Pose), a powerful arm balance that builds upper body strength and focus. My personal practice is a constant journey of exploring my limits.

This video shows a dynamic flow through several advanced hip-opening and balancing postures. Continuous practice is key to maintaining flexibility and strength.

A deep forward bend in Upavistha Konasana (Wide-Angled Seated Forward Bend). This asana requires significant flexibility in the hamstrings and hips.

Working on Yoganidrasana, also known as the Yogic Sleep Pose. This is a very advanced posture that brings deep relaxation to the body and mind.

About My Advanced Practice

If you are looking to master advanced asanas like Bakasana or Yoganidrasana, remember that the pose is only the end result. My sessions focus on the breathwork and alignment that gets you there safely. Whether we work at your home or via online video call, expect me to be strict about your form because we do not rush the process.
