Why Kundalini Yoga Feels Different

Sometimes life feels like a proper agan sagar budh sansara (ocean of obstacles). I get it - I’ve been there too. Kundalini Yoga isn’t about acing every pose, it’s about reconnecting with what’s really inside you. This practice helped me feel less lost and more like myself.

What Happens in Class

Every session starts with tuning in - we chant the Adi Mantra to settle the mind and connect. The main part is a kriya, which mixes movement, breathwork for stress relief, and mantra chanting. Some days are gentle, some go deep, but always, you’ll get space to unwind in savasana at the end. I guide you through mantra meditation and breathing, even if you’re new to it.

What Changes

You’ll find yourself dropping old worries and maybe feeling lighter - mentally and physically. Kundalini awakening techniques help build up your strength, clear out stuck energy, and boost that prana (life force). Nervous system gets stronger, stress gets easier to handle. Bit by bit, you start to feel more at home in your own skin.

Who Shows Up

Doesn’t matter if you’ve never done yoga or if you’re a pro - our sangat (community) is open to all. I offer beginner-friendly Kundalini yoga options, so you can always go at your own pace. People wear comfy white clothes and head covers sometimes, but honestly, comfort comes first.

What Matters Most

I’m just here holding space. Hukam (divine will) runs the show; you get to show up, be present, and see what unfolds. No pressure, just come as you are.

My Story

Satnam ji. There was a time, I was just lost, proper stuck type. Kundalini yoga came in - breath, movement, mantra - and slowly, I started feeling lighter, more me. Watching my own kids glued to screens, I thought, yaar, where’s the joy of just being? That’s why Ajna Yoga happened. It’s not just teaching, it’s holding space for anyone who wants to breathe, disconnect, and find their own strength. Waheguru.

My Work

What we offer - Weekly Kundalini yoga for beginners, online classes, full moon yoga workshop, transformative yoga retreats in Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Sri Lanka, and creative meditation for kids.

Who can join? - Anyone feeling tired, scattered, or just wanting to reconnect. No experience needed, just show up as you are.

How we do it - We mix kriya, breathwork, and mantras for chakra balancing breathwork. Release what’s heavy, steady the nerves, and feel lighter.

Our goal - To build a sangat (spiritual community) where you can drop your old baggage and see what’s possible. The power’s already in you.
